I grew up in Jackson County Florida where I learned all things water and woods at an early age. Being raised with three brothers, I could catch, shoot, and clean anything by the age of 13. My love for this area and the outdoors runs DEEP. My mom, Dana, was a single mother barely getting by in the ways of the world when she decided to take a leap of faith and get her Real Estate license in 2004. Since then I have heard every, last minute deal saving story you could imagine and I still wasn’t smart enough to steer clear of the industry…
I got my license in 2016 and haven’t looked back. As a mother of three always going, “I need money for the 10th school function this year”, “I have practice today”, “Can you bring me my lunchbox” children…I have enjoyed the freedom my career has given me to be there when I’m needed. But Real Estate has been much more than that for me. In addition to all of the new grey hair, it has blessed me with countless new relationships with amazing people. I’ve cried tears of joy with single mothers that never thought owning a home was an option. I’ve heard stories from all over the world in random empty living rooms and I’ve prayed with families for new blessings. I love this job, I love helping people open new and close old chapters of their lives and I’d love to help you do the same!
My past time is spent on the water or in the woods. I enjoy fishing bass tournaments, deer hunting, and all things wing shooting. Duck hunting is my absolute favorite thing to do and I thrive on teaching my kids about the outdoors and the value in the land that our county has to offer. So if I don’t answer your call, I likely have a Duckett rod or a gun in my hands but I’ll always call you back!

The first step in buying a home is to reach out to a lender you are comfortable with. Start an application and get pre-qualified!!!
Pre-qualification will help me, help you! It’s not just about your price range, but also about knowing your loan type. This lets me know which homes to look out for and what to share with you based on what will and will not qualify for purchase with your loan type.
If you aren’t sure about the lending process, or just need help finding a good lender, I have several great loan officers that I can recommend for you!
